The Jeffrey Isima Foundation (JIF) is a public philanthropy registered with the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). With headquarters in Ugbokpo, Apa Local Government Area of Benue State, and a Field Office in Obagaji in Agatu Local Government Area of the same State, the JIF was established to support inclusive development in Idoma land of Central Nigeria.

This programme area forms the core of the of the work of the Foundation, as education is the most potent catalyst for social progress. The goal is to enhance access to quality education, promote literacy, numeracy, and life skills for disadvantaged segments of the populations. The sub-programmes include:
Providing financial support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds to access quality education
Enhancing the quality of primary education through teacher training, schools infrastructure development, and provision of learning materials
Promoting literacy/numeracy, vocational and special subject (mathematics and science) training for adults to improve their productivity and access to business opportunities
